  1. Hello my is tara braschler and wanted to know how I can get a copy of my history of all my med that were described in 5 post years..

  2. Congratulations CVS, you’ve finally made refilling prescriptions by phone impossible. Hard to believe your phone in service could be made worse than it was but you did. Yesterday attempted to order a refill at Westerly RI CVS and got into an impossible loop. Had to got to the pharmacy and order, then return later to pick up. Your phone in system is awful and if you don’t change it, you’ve lost me and my family as customers.

  3. Over a week and I’m still waiting for my nitroglycerin sublingual medication call to complain at the customer service that was a joke call the store apparently they could care less this is an awful awful experience Eastpointe Michigan store number 81700 is the most horriblest CVS I have ever experienced over a week and I’m still waiting for my nitroglycerin sublingual medication call to complain at the customer service that was a joke called the store apparently they could care less this is an awful awful experience Eastpointe Michigan store number 8170 is the most horrible list CVS I have ever experienced this medication is important and is desperately needed so what I have a heart attack and died it’s on CVS

  4. This has to be the worst pharmacy ever they never have all your meds when it’s time to refill and then it takes at least a week or longer before they get it and no one wants to go with out the meds that long

  5. To whom it may concern,Im just curious why it now takes 5 people twice as long as it took 3 people to work the pharmacy counter, and also why they can not have even filled all requested being 6 hours after I got home another that was requested a day prior wasnt completed when I was waiting?Oh and did I mention when another employee poked her head out of the office to tell the pharmacy ataff their phone was off the hook? This is uncalled for,and blatantly lazy behavior on the CVS bramd name! You’re losing me.

  6. I was at CVS pharmacy at 48th & O in Lincoln, NE at 11:00/11:30 am. I went there to purchase some cough medicine. Then I decided to buy rubbing alcohol and asked where aloe Vera was. A pharmacy tech, blonde hair, small build. She stated, ‘All you have to do is wash your hands. We do have lots of hand soap.’ I told her, ‘I already hand hand soap.‘ The reason I wanted to buy these items is to make my own hand sanitizer since there is none to be found. To make some for my 99 year old mother to keep her safe of illnesses. Plus for other family member that is living with my mom. Besides it’s cheaper to make my own hand sanitizer to buy it right now, that is, if you can find any for sale.
She has no right to be insensitive to my needs/rights. I have a right to buy what I want or need. She didn’t even know what I was buying it for. It could have been for a sunburn from a trip we took. Anyway, aren’t they there to sell products to your customers? Instead of being a smart mouth telling me to buy soap. I have ill thoughts going back to that store know. I’ll be going somewhere where I’m treated with more respect. Very frustrated customer!!!

  7. Worst CVS pharmacist ever !! I have never been treated as badly as I have by the pharmacist at the M SheriCVS on Woodward Ave in Royal Oak MI. I have never had a conversation with the man that has not ended badly. Today he told me I was a liar. Last time I went in he told me I was getting his customers upset. They all, every one, agreed with me that he was being terribly rude to me. One time I had questions about a prescription at the drive through and he told me drive through was for pick up and drop off only. If I had questions I had to go inside. I am disabled using a walker and it is difficult for me to get in and out of my vehicle. I couldn’t believe he told me I couldn’t ask questions at the drive through because it was taking too long. When I pulled in there wasn’t one person behind me. He is rude, rude, rude, to customers and should be fired from his position immediately. I have spoken to several of my neighbors who agree with me. Many have moved their prescriptions to other pharmacies because they couldn’t deal with him any longer. He needs to be let go immediately. He’s horrible

  8. Marilyn at the CVS on Via Campo in Montebello Is an incredible employee saw. She understood my situation and took care of me right away. As a senior, being at risk in this current situation, she understood I needed help. So made sure my prescription order would be mailed out immediately. I received my prescriptions in 2 days! Thank you Marilyn and CVS!!!

  9. Just went to your dark and dingy 4246 Suit 2 Albany Post Rd
Hyde Park New York 121538 store, I will be 70 in December, I am an asthmatic, I cannot were a mask, I was immediately accosted by one of your employee’s for not wearing a mask, I felt like a criminal, he put his chest out and said I am the manager, I said what do you want me to do go back to Rite Aid, my insurance company forced me switch to CVS against my will, you must have paid somebody off in the Insurance Company Corporate offices, any way he needs to go back to stocking shelves, or I would like to see him fired, he is not manager material, he is bad for business, I will be seeing if I can switch back to Rite Aid, they treated me like the good customer I am.

  10. Well, I see all these other comments and now understand that I’m not alone. I have been on hold for some 30 minutes, three times at 10 minutes per call, and still, no one answered the phone in Pharmacy! I even called the front store number, and after 6 minutes, all they could do was to advise me to walk in, or they’d transfer me, this time it was another 9 minutes on transfer. If this is anything like what socialized medicine would be, well, it won’t do. And no, I could not order at CVS.COM as Schedule 1 & 2 medicine is not refilled that way. It requires personal contact as it is not available to do online!

  11. We were forced to go to CVS when they bought out our hometown pharmacy! So now not only is all the folks working there overwhelmed with trying to fill more prescriptions but you don’t get your meds on time. You call them in in the morning and at 800 in the evening they say we don’t have anything ready!!!!!!! Really CVS why in the hell don’t you. Get your crap together????? THere is bags of meds all over the place in boxes on shelves on the floor!!! Worst service I have seen from s such a big franchise. We are moving our business to a place that cares and appreciates their customers!!!!

  12. Sick and tired of delayed prescription pickups in 06475. They don’t continue to contact doctors if the prescription needs to be refilled, and when told they will be ready, they’re not. Thinking of changing pharmacy. I have been waiting for almost an hour which is now 7:21. Prescription to be ready by 6:30.
    This is awful service.

  13. Sent in film to be developed back in March. Never received and was told that it had been disposed of. I would like to be compensated some way for this inconvenience.

  14. I wanted to commend one of your employees! Kristen. Store #1869. This store is closest to the Barnstable Senior Center on cape cod. It is always BUSY! In general most of the employees are rude. Pre Covid we’d talk about the rudeness of the employees at this CVS. In general I tried to stay away and since Covid tried to buy most everything at either Target or Walmart delivery. I don’t want to pay CVS $5.00 a month for free delivery, by the way. As a senior I must count my pennies. I just had surgery and needed the medication right away, so i called store #1869 and to my surprise a lovely voice answered, Kristen. She went out of her way to help me. She explained there was a long line, but if I didn’t mind holding she could help me. I held, and she did. I asked if she could leave the products at the drive through, which she did. She said when I got to the window to ask for her and she’d ring up my order as she knew my name and how to find my card #. 100% A+ customer service!

  15. Worst experience ever because of pharmacist Tre. She refused to fill a Rx I’ve been taking for years with no changes to this or any other meds I’m taking. She was rude saying pharmacists know more than doctors. If doctors were smarter then they would be able to fill Rxs. Unfortunately I’m forced to use cvs because of my insurance. If up to me i wouldn’t give them a penny.
Tre should not be able to refuse a legit Rx. She acts like she has god complex.

  16. CVS has a potential COVID exposure problem in Charlestown, MA

    It is a dangerous scenario

I have reported this to Governor Charlie Baker’s office this morning

  17. I have emailed Larry Merlo in regards of a legal matter. It is very disappointing to see that a pharmacist can hold her license while she went around spreading CHLAMYDIA to an individual knowingly having the Disease. Then to tell me to get checked out of spite. I am worried about CVS’ code of ethics and hope further action will be taken. This is a MANAGER or SUPERVISOR that does not care about her position as she complains about her customers quite often on social media.

  18. CVS PHARMACY IN MY AREA ARE TERRIBLE. NEVER REFILL ON TIME. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UP TO 3-4 TRIPS THERE TO GET PRESCRIPTION AS THEY SHOULD BE. I AM TIRED OF THIS SERVICE ,MOVING TO ANOTHER PHARMACY IN AREA

  19. TESTING AND RX PICK UP AT SAME WINDOW DOESN’T WORK. TESTING TAKES TOO MUCH TIME. I HAVE WAITED 30 MINS FOR 1 CAR GETTING TESTED. CVS SHOULD HAVE A TESTING WINDOW AND A PICKUP WINDOW. IF I I CAN’T MAKE MY PICK UP NEXT TIME I’M GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE AND THE HELL WITH CVS.

  20. I just held on the phone for the pharmacy for 45 minutes to ask for an RX to be delivered to me. I finally hung up. This happens all the time, last time I held for a half hour, another time 40 minutes, those times someone eventually answered. But 45 minutes! if I wasn’t sick before I called, I sure felt sick after holding that long, and no one ever answering. I understand that it can be done on-line, however I do not have a Smart Phone so unable to have access to the App. PLEASE, is there any other way to contact CVS??? I am referring to the CVS on Swan Street in Methuen, MA. I’m sure they are busy, but 45 minutes and still holding??? I have several prescriptions and had them all transferred to CVS during the past year so I could have delivery. I have avoided going anywhere due to the virus, am I going to have to go INTO CVS and be exposed to any coronavirus germs that might be there?

  21. Wow surprised to see all the negative comments. I was in CVS yesterday December 12, 2020 in Brownwood Texas, store # 7710 yesterday to take advantage of a 20% off coupon off of my next entire purchase. I bought Xyzal $30.49 and CVS laxative $3.99 and a toy $7.99. My total came to $32.36 with tax. I also belong to your club at $5.00 per month which offers me a $10.00 off per month off that I wanted to use. If I calculate correctly my bill should had been $25.98 plus tax. I had asked the clerk about my 20% off of my entire purchase and he could not understand why my 20% coupon WAS NOT ACCEPTING my entire purchase. All it gave me was 20% off of the laxatives which equal $ .61 savings. Now there is line forming behind me and I did not want to hold anyone up so I graciously accepted his “I don’t know” answer. My receipt says “20% off your next purchase 7221895443020004 NOT USED”.
