I am a Pizza Hut customer and I went to redeem my free pizza points yesterday only to find that may points were removed. I have ordered at least 3 times in the last 6-7 weeks the last order by phone, because the store’s online was down. The manager said my points would be applied which they were added. I would like someone to respond to my problem of the evaporation of my points which were at 1640 only 2 weeks ago. My account has had activity and would like an answer. I await your expedient reply to my problem. I can take my business to another retailer. In this climate, I would think you may wish to hold on to all loyal customers. I could be wrong!
I had dinner at a pizza hut in great falls Montana and it wasn’t a good experience. Been here before and always a good experience. With Covid masks are required, most of the staff didn’t have one on. Then the person making our pizza was unclean grabbing his backside then making the pizza with no gloves on. Not very appetizing to see this before someone eats. Other restaurants are bringing things to the table but not here.
