The first restaurant of Applebee’s was made in Decatur, Georgia. Applebee’s was founded by Bill and T.J Palmer in the year 1980. That time it was just a small restaurant. As time goes on, Applebee’s spread their business at a minimum of 2000 locations in the United States And not the only U.S, they spread across 15 countries all over the world.

As I told before Bill and T.J Palmer is the founder of Applebee’s. Their motive was to create a restaurant that gives a feel like a neighbourhood bar. Also, they wanted to keep a lower price of their restaurant according to the market. When they thought to start a restaurant, they can’t find any name related to their restaurant. After thinking a lot, they decided to keep the restaurant name “Appleby” but the name was already registered for others. Also, they thought to keep the name Cinnamon’s but at last, they give the name Applebee’s.
In the year 1990, Applebee’s grows the largest restaurant chain in the whole US. In November 1991, Applebee’s started trading publicly on the New York stock exchange.

This resaurant is always well supported in our community. It has been open to us, providing wonderful meals, during the pandemic and before. We NEED Applebee’s here in Hemet as a primary family restaurant. Marie Callendar’s closed, Coco’s closed, and now our Hometown Buffet is closing. PLEASE be suportive to our community and keep this restaurant open.
Please keep Appleby’s restaurant, Moreno Valley Ca open. Every Saturday since the March COVID restrictions, I place a pick up order of four meals. My wife and I used to dine in at least once each week prior to March 2020. We still support your restaurant and the the fine people who work there in the way that we can.
