Dollar Tree HQ

Dollar Tree is a retail chain store that offers merchandise for cheap. Most items sold do not cost more than $1. Plus, this is a store which provides items from multiple large and generic consumer brands.

As of recent time, this store has started to supply printed coupons, and as a way of getting more loyal customers. So in a sense, considering its business model, this store competes with major retailers (including Walmart).

  1. I need the District Manager to contact me about an employee at the Atlanta Texas store, using the F word, telling me to shut up which the Manager for the night heard. He told me he would be glad to get rid of me, because I ask him not to put some baby socks, Blanket in with the wet items because they were for a baby shower, he told me he had a line an didn’t have time to fool with me , I was another Karen, I told him I was not. I did’t want them wet, he told me I could put them in a dryer. He was throwing things any sort of a way in the bags, I had two things for gasoline and he put them with the frozen food, One customer told the manager that this checker was being a jerk. This checker name is Dylan Stidmon, the night manager name Miracle Peoples. Date 8-3-20, time 5:15 P The night manager called the store manager and was told by the store manager to tell this Dylan to get off the clock. I left the store not knowing if he actually did. I want action, because he used a cuss word in front of other customers as well as my self. If I have to I will go to facebook, an other sources if I have to.

  2. Did they have masks on to protect you from the Coronavirus?
The language and treatment you and other customers had to deal with is inexcusable.
In Norwalk Ohio the Dollar Tree store has two female employees that don’t wear a mask. Both women were checking out customers when I asked one of them why she didn’t have a mask on.
She started speaking to the woman, in a wheelchair, she was waiting on directly 6 feet in front of me in line that she can’t breathe with a mask on because she has COPD. Then she looked at me and said she has a doctor’s excuse that states she doesn’t need to wear a mask.

The other female employee on the cash register, also without a mask, is over weight and you can clearly hear that she was out of breath after waiting on a customer.

There were several elderly customers that were wearing masks and the sign on the door states that you are required to wear a mask when you come into the store.

What about your employees Dollar Tree? If your employees aren’t well enough to follow the rules that protects your customers then why are you allowing them to work around customers?

The Dollar Tree Customer Support number is 1-757-321-5000, as listed above, but don’t bother because no one answers!
I’ve tried to contact your Customer Support for 3 days now and left my phone on for over an hour on hold to ask how you can allow your employees to risk the lives of your customers?

I’m speaking to a representative at the Health Department this afternoon and see what they think about your employees working with the public without masks.
Shame on you Dollar Tree, Norwalk Ohio 44857. The woman who waited on me didn’t offer me a receipt and I didn’t feel comfortable standing less than 2 feet from her to ask for my receipt even though I had a mask on.

    • Corporawa wa omg is this the only thig you are concerned about is a demonRAT mask? God help us all.te Office staff sucks-all drivers hate her. We need a change! Jackie sucks

  3. I visited Dollar Tree 9-17-2020 where I had 8-9 items in hand and went to grab a grocery cart and saw a woman sneeze on the cart as she put up the cart; only one other cart was available. I asked cashier name ‘Dacia’ if anyone was cleaning the carts and was told rudely “no because they are out of cleaning products” (yet there was tons of cleaning items on the shelves). I refused to use either carts and Dacia stated very rudely. again, “well there’s no one available to clean the carts”. Since I had several other items to get, I asked Dacia if it was okay for me to put the items I had at the cashier station next to her; she reluctantly okayed it. When I got back from getting the rest of what I needed and came to get the other items so that I could be rung up, they were gone. I asked Dacia about them; she stated another worker came and got them. I asked he, ‘why did you allow that especially when you gave me the approval to put them on the station next to you?” She rolled her eyes and gave me one of those lip smirks and moved on with the next customer; which I took to mean I was expected to have to go back and gather those 8-9 items again I originally had or leave. I decided to leave. I called the manager Matthew a day or so later who acted as if he had no clue as to what to do about the situation other than to give me the District Manager (Maria’s) number. I have called Maria at least a 9-10 times and have never been able to get in touch or leave any type of message with her because her inbox stays full. I went back to the store and spoke to Matthew (the supervisor). again, about not being able to contact Maria. I found that he had not confronted the situation nor had he made contact with Maria about it. I asked him again for the number; it was the same. I asked him, again, if HE would make contact with her and have her call me (gave him my number). As I type this 11-2-2020, to this day I have not heard from anyone and I’ve called Maria several times more and still can’t get through, nor leave a message. How is she District Manager? To me that’s intentional and one way she does not have to communicate with anyone. To you Dollar Tree…how do you even allow this? Wow.
